Responsibilities:

Assign work packages to sub-contractor
Interface and coordination with customer/airline/sub-contractor maintenance teams;
Recording maintenance activities in web based reporting tools to track system availability, dispatch availability and maintenance activities;
Monitor IFEC LRU usage activities
Performs, monitors, and reports daily operational activities to ensure Customer and Thales objectives are met.
Ensure the relevant company management and procedures manuals are adhered to (e.g. Liaison Manual / GMM / GMMS).
Ensure the use of reporting tools such as the GMMS Forms and ‘SERVO’ are utilized to capture all the required data.
Report local administrative issues to Line Maintenance Manager.
Safety, security, storage, accounting and monitoring of all the stores under their control, received from Thales and from the customer.
Requirements:

Experienced working in an aerospace environment would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications like MS Excel.

Working Location: Changi Airport
Working Timing: Morning and Afternoon shift, 4 Days Work & 2 Days Off Rotation
