Aircraft Mechanics (Line Maintenance)

Salary: 1490-2200 EUR gross in the first year (depending on previous proven work experience)

Work model: Onsite

Hours: Full time in shifts

Air Baltic Are you an experienced mechanic looking for new challenges in your career? With or without aviation experience, come under the wing as an aircraft mechanic. We’ll help you transfer your existing skills to our hangars in aircraft maintenance. We’ll support you every step of the way to make the transition as smooth as our flights. We will entrust you to

Inspect and repair aircraft under Aircraft Certifying Staff supervision

Carry out aircraft maintenance tasks required by Aircraft Certifying Staff

Complete appropriate documentation

Ensure compliance with procedures and manuals

Work together in a team to timely solve technical problems

Attend work-related trainings (held in English)

What you will need to succeed

At least secondary school education

Previous experience in the field of technical repairs

Good English language knowledge

Ability to work shifts, including nights

High sense of responsibility and team work spirit

B category driving license

Unrestricted right to work in Latvia and possibility to travel

As an advantage

Previous experience in aircraft maintenance

Previous experience as a car or ship mechanic or electrician

Aviation education

Technical college or equivalent
