Singapore Airlines Job Vacancy 2024 – The successful candidate will join the Technical Services department in SIA Engineering Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Generation of monthly APM (Airplane Performance Monitoring) reports.  It involves extracting aircraft performance data for A350 and A380 using AIRCOM, copying and editing some fields before proceeding to use PEP (Performance Engineer’s Program) in the common PC to process the data.
• Assisting the Performance Engineer in the issuance/updating of Weight & Balance and Fuelling Instructions related documents. Singapore Airlines Job Vacancy 2024
• Generation of departmental technical documents like SI (Special Instructions), SECTARS etc.
• Assisting in the verification of engineers’ reimbursement claims.
• Preparation and submission of departmental IPRs (Invoice Payment Requests).
• Ordering and management of departmental office inventory like PPE, uniforms, stationery, toners, name cards/stamps, special computer software/hardware etc.
• Management of departmental attendance sheet for Associates.
• Application of Airline House security clearance for delivery couriers, visitors etc. 
• Performs analysis of data, create charts and dashboard using excel, Tableau or equivalent software
• Creates presentation slides for senior management meetings.

• Possess at least a Diploma, preferably in a technical field like engineering, computing.
