Trainee-Human Capital
We are looking for a Trainee in the Human Capital Department who will provide support to the Talent Management function for Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Medical Insurance.Jazeera Airways Job Vacancy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Updating Labor Law index for the company stations
- Maintain and update a Tracker for probation period for new joiners based on hiring country/contract.
- Responsible for maintaining the records for disciplinary actions undertaken.
- Organize and update the master file as per the company disciplinary code.
- Maintain and update a Tracker for Kuwaiti Graduates and initiate required Assessment Forms as per timeline Jazeera Airways Job Vacancy
- Submit life policy claims to insurance provide and issue for employees associated documents.
- Review and submit Medical insurance claims to insurance provider.
- Data and file management for insurance claims.
- Participate in HR employee engagement activities.
- Respond to internal and external HR queries wherever possible.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum : Diploma in Human Resources
- Kuwaiti National
- Good co-ordination skills
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, records keeping, storage and general administration Jazeera Airways Job Vacancy
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Kuwaiti Labor Law pertaining to the private sector
- Strong ability to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel)
- Well organized and efficient, with the capacity to work under pressure.
