Safety and Quality
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external scheduled/unscheduled audits in accordance with the audit plan and ensure non-conformances are corrected within agreed timeframes.
- Implement continuous improvement of Quality
- Monitor any observed non-compliances are addressed using standard root cause analysis tools to drive corrective actions
- Collect, analyze, and summarize quality-related information and trends to prepare reports on product and process quality
- Participate in Quality Performance Measurement and produce process measurements and statistical analysis
- Carry out and participate in corporate communications and networking with the business, which articulate and support the mission of Joramco quality system to ensure the delivery of safe, reliable, and competitive MRO Services through involving all stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of Joramco products and services and promote for an error –free maintenance environment
- Act as a member of Quality Auditing team
- Follow up with respective manager of the department regarding the performance of the assigned function or task
- Ensure compliance with the all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to Quality conformance to any adopted standards by Joramco
- Participate in the Quality Product Surveillance program to oversight contracted customer’s aircraft /components to determine the effectiveness of the procedures, report, and follow up on any corrective / preventive action
- Audit the certificate of aircraft engineers, calibration of equipment and tools

- Participate in Quality documentation review, amendment and drafting of changes to forms, documents, procedures, etc. , and recommend such changes or amendments after evaluation
- Review and recommend improvements in the work procedures and quality manual and coordinate with other related sections for any revisions and updates
- Prepare periodic and non-periodic reports as required
- Perform any other roles and responsibilities within the scope of his/her specialization as assigned by the direct manager
- Adhere to company and department approved system, policies, procedures in perform his duties.
- Participate effectively in environmental protection programs (energy and water saving, waste segregation) and notify for any environmental related nonconformities
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or Diploma in Quality, safety, industrial, aeronautical engineering
- Holder of B1, B2 or C Ratings Aircraft Maintenance License, Component Certifying staff qualification, or specialized services qualification
- 7 years of experience for B.Sc. or 13 years of experience for diploma in MRO, Aviation preferred
- Experience within a Part 145 quality organization
- Experience in mechanical hardware and system design, assembly and test
- Experience in establishing quality assurance performance metrics for identifying process improvement
- Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to quality assurance systems
- Knowledge of auditing procedures and techniques
- Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of Safety and Quality Management
- knowledge of initial and continuing airworthiness regulations
- Knowledge of ERP System and Ms. Office
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present Quality data
- Ability to write concise and precise technical reports
